It works like an ordinary transit theodolite, except that it is more accurate, error-free and easier to operate. An electronic compensation is provided, which simplifies the leveling process and improves accuracy by compensating for poor adjustments. A laser plummet is provided for accurate centering. Electronic display of all readings is automatically available. It works on rechargeable batteries.
