Whenever wall faces are not adequately protected from heavy rains, they become a source of moisture in the structure. Likewise, poor mortar joints in
walls and cracked ceilings also allow moisture to seep into the building structure. Sometimes, rainwater can seep through the roof covering due to faulty eaves.
