A good paint should have high spreading power and be durable, hard and wear resistant when dry. It should work smoothly and freely and should not crack, fade or change color. The surface should dry in 9 hours and harden enough to take another coat in 24 hours. We should be able to spread it in a very thin layer and give it a smooth and pleasing appearance.
