Lime Mortar: Lime mortar has been widely used in construction works since ancient times. Lime mortar is used as a building medium for brick, stone and other masonry, as well as for plastering and pointing. Depending on the composition of lime mortar for building work:

Plastering: Plastering works as follows:
Smoothing the masonry surface
To protect the masonry surface from the weather

Whitewashing: Whitewashing is applied to interior and exterior plastered surfaces as a decorative feature. Apart from the decorative effect, the whitewashed outer surface deflects the sun’s rays and reduces the heating effect.
Lime Concrete: In situations where quick setting and high strength are not required, lime concrete serves as an economical alternative. Lime concrete can be used for foundations, terraced roofing, flooring, pits for borehole water etc.
Lime Sand Bricks: It is a pearl gray brick like dry pressed burnt clay brick. It can be used for low-cost construction and as a refractory material for lining open hearth furnaces.
It is used as a chemical raw material for water treatment and sewage treatment.
It is used to stabilize soil and improve soil for agricultural purposes.
It is used as a flux in the metallurgical industry.
It is used to manufacture glass.
